    Advisory/Advocacy ServicesThe Crime Victim and Sexual Violence Center provides advocacy with the criminal justice system and law enforcement agencies in Albany County; confidential crisis intervention counseling and individual, family, and group therapy; assistance with filing New York State Office of Victim Services claims; 24 hour confidential crisis hotline for sexual assault victims, including recent and former victims of child sexual abuse; emergency room accompaniment for sexual assault victims; domestic violence related assistance; referrals to other service agencies; and community prevention education programs.
