Youth Enrichment ServicesProviding area teens with free physical and recreational activities in a safe and supervised environment makes them less likely to be involved in negative activities. The staff is dedicated to the youth and listens to what they have to say. The teens themselves have a vital role in sculpting the program to fit their needs. Implemented changes and program design are intrinsically tied to teen input. Staff regularly interacts with youth, and are not only good role models but can also recognize if referral services are necessary and have access to resources for outreach programs.SaratogaTEEN PROGRAMBALLSTON AREA COMMUNITY CENTER (BACC)
