General Information
Description of ServiceThe Town Clerk is responsible for the following services; Notary Public, Marriage Licenses, Dog Licenses, Hunting and fishing licenses, Commercial Amusement licenses, Auctioneer Licenses, Electrician License, Fireworks Permits, Special Event and Block Party Applications, Vendor Permits, Handicap parking permits, the Town Board minutes, Registrar of Vital
Records-for birth, death and marriage records and for genealogical search requests and in charge of scheduling for town hall events. They also handle tax Collection during tax season.

Intake RequirementsBoth parties must be present to complete the application and sign the affidavit.
Additional RequirementsValid Photo ID and Certified Birth Certificate. If previously married then proof of death, divorce or annullment will also be required.
