General Information
Description of ServiceThrough a grant from the New York State Department of Health, the Health Law Clinic of Albany Law School is funded to assist persons living with cancer, or their families, with various civil legal issues arising from their condition. These issues include, but are not limited to, permanency planning for children, social security benefit issues, access to health care, public assistance, housing, education, advance directives and discrimination issues.
