Description of ServiceThe Adult and Senior Center of Saratoga has an array of activities and classes for members that present opportunity for physical and mental growth. Seniors are encouraged to try something new or rediscover a favorite craft, meet new people and have fun!

Helpful TipsArt: (no experience necessary). Additional Art Workshops are scheduled monthly, see calendar online. Art classes include: Ceramic and Clay hand-building, Stained Glass, Watercolor and Sketch

Exercise: (No experience necessary): Aerobics, Gentle Yoga, Dancing, Osteo, Pilates, Scenic Walking

Games: (No experience necessary): Bridge, Canasta, Mahjong, Pool League, Shanghai Rummy, Will Bowling

Dinners and Featured Programs:
Monthly Dinners: Delicious and affordable dinners created by local chefs are offered every month. Sign up begins on a designated day early in the month and they fill quickly.

Featured Programs: We offer a variety of events throughout the year such as Fundraisers, Health Fairs and Open Houses to provide social and informational opportunities for our members

Other: (No experience necessary): Writers Workshop, Knitting and Crocheting, Meditation, Rug Hooking, Book Club, Computer Assistance, Movies, Computer Lab with Free Wifi
