General Information
Description of ServiceLiberty House offers a variety of clinical services to assist an individual in achieving their recovery goals. A Comprehensive Rehabilitation Plan is developed that looks at every aspect of the individual’s life. Goals and objectives are developed that will assist the individual in removing barriers that are keeping them from reaching their full potential. On-going Clinical Assessment and Evaluation is offered as well as a variety of Groups are offered to discuss, share, problem solve and assist fellow members on the road to recovery. They include: Employment Group, Support Group, Community Education Group, Symptom Management Group and Relationship Group.
