Description of ServiceThe Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired enhances employability in order to maximize independence, and assists in the development of the capacities and strengths of people who are legally blind.

EligibilityThe legally blind. Although the focus of services is for high school and working age persons, services are also available to children aged birth to 14 and older persons who are no longer interested in working for income but may benefit from assistance to maintain independence in their homes and community.
