General Information
Description of ServiceThe Parent and Child Early Enrichment Program provides home-based services to families who have a child (birth to five years of age) who has been identified as having a developmental delay or who is considered "at risk" for developmental delays. Advocacy, linkage and referral and other support services are also provided for families.
