General Information
Description of ServiceProvides intensive home-based services to families with children from birth through 16 years of age who are at risk of foster care placement or who are in placement. Services include assessment, individual, family, couple and group sessions. Advocacy and coordination with families, school and other service-delivery systems are provided. Children from this program participate in CARE.
