General Information
Description of ServiceAssists consumers who have been wronged by a business, through mediation to resolve disputes and assists residents in locating the government agencies that can best address their problems, and referring complaints to the right agency. Consumers are encouraged to try to resolve the dispute with the company or individual before filing a complaint.

Additional RequirementsComplaints must be submitted in writing, preferably by use of the complaint form available online, but may be sent in a letter. State complaint clearly and concisely and enclose copies of all relevant documents. Do not send any original documents.
