Description of ServiceCrisis Chat is a program of Family and Children's Service of the Capital Region in partnership with CONTACT USA and funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health. Anyone who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family stressors, abuse, financial issues, etc. may talk anonymously online with Crisis Chat counselors, who are ready to listen.
