General Information
Description of ServiceHATAS’s Pathways Project integrates housing and employment support services for 28 households with a history of homelessness and a disabling condition. The program includes rental subsidies, service planning, job-readiness training, employment placement assistance, case management, referrals to treatment, and other community services.
