Description of ServiceEquinox provides supervised apartment living and skill building for homeless youth 16-21 years old. Service List includes Transitional Housing for youth; Case/Care Management for Youth; Independent Living Skills Instruction for Youth, including those in foster care; Leadership Development for Youth; Life Skills Education for Youth.
