Additional RequirementsTo set up an appointment, reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance and up to 14 days in advance.

Reservations can be made in one of three ways:
By Telephone: call 518-437-5161. (TDD 518-482-9024), daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
By Fax: fax the trip request to 518-453-8833 during the reservation hours, Monday-Friday only.
By Email: Email the trip request to AlbanyCountyDFA@CDTA.ORG.
