Description of ServiceDesigned to promote the benefits of the Food Stamp Program, the Nutrition Outreach and Education Program (NOEP) provides consumers with eligibility information and assistance in filling out food stamp applications. NOEP also conducts food stamp outreach activities including presentations to community groups and media campaigns. The program is funded by Hunger Solutions
