General Information
Description of ServiceUnited Tenants of Albany maintains a housing hotline that responds to calls for housing information and assistance from people throughout the Capital District area. United Tenants' homelessness prevention activities include case management and landlord/tenant mediation. Emergency financial assistance is available to Albany residents facing homelessness as a result of eviction or foreclosure.

Intake Procedure**Tenants seeking any assistance from United Tenants of Albany MUST CALL their Housing Hotline at 518-436-8997, x3. No walk-in assistance is available at this time. Please call the hotline which is a message service and calls will be returned as soon as possible.
