General Information
Description of ServiceThe Capital District Psychiatric Center is a hospital that provides inpatient psychiatric treatment for adults. Outpatient treatment is also offered, including crisis services for anyone (children, adolescents, or adults) in need of emergency or urgent psychiatric assistance. Also provided are a Children and Youth outpatient clinic, adult clinic services for persons living in Albany and Schenectady counties, and residential services for adults.
