Smart Meals provides nutritious, well-balanced meals combined with nutrition education and socialization aimed at the specific needs of individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. Smart Meals services include congregate lunches and dinners, weekly grocery bag, nutrition education, individual dietitian assessments and food vouchers. The goal of Smart Meals is to increase the nutritional well being and health of people living with HIV/AIDS through structured education and assistance.

Individuals with an HIV diagnosis, at nutritional risk (as determined through a screening) who are below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.
