Description of ServiceDevelops, convenes and implements initiatives that will make a difference in the community, based on needs assessments. Community focus is on 211 a health and human services helpline, youth development through, health care by promoting health education and treatment programs, services to the elderly, taking care of basic needs of food clothing, and shelter, and emergency services - to be ready to help various ways if disaster strikes the area. Provides Family Wise Discount Prescription Card Program
