Description of ServiceThe Immigration Law Clinic of Albany Law School offers immigration assistance and representation for individuals subjected to interpersonal violence who may qualify for:
Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Applications, U Visa Applications (for victims of violent crime). Other Available Immigration Relief (deferred action, prosecutorial discretion or other situation-specific relief.
