Description of ServiceNCADD provide unbiased, professional, objective information and referral support for individuals and family members faced with alcohol or drug problems ensuring that those in need have access to mutual aid/support groups and/or appropriate treatment services regardless of age, sex, race, religion, creed or socio-economic status.
