Description of AgencyHomeless and Travelers Aid Society (HATAS) is a point of entry human services agency that helps the poor, the homeless, and others in need that reside in Albany County lead independent, self-sufficient, and safe lives in the community. HATAS provides a focus on emergency services for homeless people, and complementary programs in mental health, employment, and housing. HATAS services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
